Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

We work with reputable shipping carriers to ensure reliable delivery. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout based on your destination.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (where available). Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to eligible locations where our products may legally be sold and transported. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that purchasing these products complies with all applicable local, state, provincial, and national laws.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that cannot legally be shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply. Orders that have already been shipped cannot always be modified or redirected.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier’s control.

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist in working with the carrier to resolve the issue whenever possible.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country’s customs authorities.

Customs clearance procedures may result in additional delivery delays beyond our control.
